"i&D 'walks the talk' and is truly a new breed of integrated agency." - Director Brand Management, Panasonic

In 1997 Neville Hockley founded i&D, an advertising and design studio in New York, and for ten years worked tirelessly to build his business into an International Davey award-winning agency. Neville's creative diversity, passion for exploring new ideas and his ability, regardless of budget or timeline, to navigate each project to success, helped him grow partnerships with a prestigious client base ranging from Oracle/Hyperion, Panasonic to Discovery Networks.

From strengthening old brands to launching new companies, designing cutting edge promotional campaigns, CES tradeshows, Times Square animations, to breaking upfront attendance records with dynamic 360 degree ideas; Neville, a graduate from Parsons School of Design in New York, worked directly with clients - Fortune 500 global leaders to local start ups - to ensure targets were not only met, but exceeded.

The creative process is Neville's passion, whether communication design, photography, writing or sculpture. But in 2007 Neville semi-retired from i&D to pursue his second passion - sailing, and to fulfill a dream to circumnavigate the world with his wife, Catherine, on their yacht Dream Time. i&D continued to operate under the leadership of Neville's business partners until September 2018.

Today Neville works directly with clients and sponsors, and since his departure from New York has been interviewed on Good Morning America NOW and featured in dozens of publications, including: Fortune Small Business and Cruising World Magazine, Yachting Monthly, Ocean Navigator and Graphic Design USA.
